Acceptance
By creating a HighFive account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
- You must be 13 or older to use HighFive.
- You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password safe.
- You can delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete Account.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent any feature gate.
- Upload activity data you didn't record yourself.
- Harass other athletes via high fives / comments / messages.
- Use HighFive for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules and will email you why.
Premium subscriptions
- HighFive Premium is an auto-renewable subscription offered at $6.99 per month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and it renews automatically each month at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal anytime in your App Store account settings.
- Premium is sold through the Apple App Store and managed there. Cancel via App Store settings; we have no way to cancel for you.
- Refunds are handled by Apple per their store policy.
- Premium price may change with 30 days' notice; existing subscribers keep their current rate until they cancel.
Your content
Activities, photos, comments, and profile content remain yours. You grant us a limited license to display them within HighFive (and to public viewers when you set an activity to public).
